REFERENCE PROJECT: HUNTSTOWN POWER PLANT-DUBLIN

Huntstown Power Plant is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant that was developed in two phases consisting of a Siemens 343 MW system in phase one November 2002, followed by a Mitsubishi 401 MW generator in phase two October 2007, burning natural gas with distillate oil as a backup fuel source.  The total combined output of Huntstown Power Plant can provide up to 20% of the total electricity fed into the national grid system.

Since 2010 and right up to 2018 RCC Engineering Group has carried out numerous projects at this power generation site of various sizes and complexities involving electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, calibration and shut down works
